INTRODUCTION
This CST activities page is about cars and driving. It might be a 'sore' topic for some members who have had their licences revoked, so take care.
Ask members what their first cars were?
Did they pass their driving test first time?
Discuss the joys of driving - freedom, speed, going somewhere nice, getting home.
& the hazards of driving - dangerous drivers, traffic jams, petrol prices & shortages.
What is the best car or bus journey members ever took? What was the destination?
Has anyone ever driven, or been a passenger, in a fancy car, such as a limousine or Rolls Royce? What was the occasion?

PRACTICAL ACTIVITY

Get a road map of your area. Find where you are and red dot it. Decide where you would like to go for a day out, as a group, then plan your journey on the map.
Find your destination on the map, then find pictures of it on the internet and have a virtual visit.

OR
You could bring in some classic car magazines and ask members to choose their favourite cars, then make a collage together.
