Take a look at my new YouTube video, which offers a CST group facilitator's guide to preparing an activity when it is a member's birthday. A YouTube "Birthday" playlist is also provided.

If you like and use my work you can buy me a coffee (£3) to help cover costs and keep this a free open-access resource at www.ko-fi.com/simondementia

Sidenote:

As you may know, I am an unpaid content creator without any budget or admin support. Making and running 'Simon's CST Activities Resource' is a voluntary, personal commitment aimed at improving people with dementia's quality of life.

Average costs per year for the Wix account, web domain, YouTube & Spotify subscriptions are approx £500. Since starting my Ko-Fi page in Nov 2021, I have received £510 in 171 donations from just 18 individuals (£127.50 a year on average). Thank you all so very much. You know who you are!

Costs

YouTube £13.99 pm = £167.88 per annum

Spotify £11.99 pm = £143.88 per annum

Domain £32.40 for 2 years =£16.20 per annum

Wix account £518.40 for 3 years =£172.80 per annum

Total per annum -cost = £500.76

NB New £20 pm ChatGP subscription taken out this month does not feature in the costings above.

However, this does represent a shortfall of about £1,500 and while I am more than happy to give of my time freely, some extra help with covering costs would be most welcomed, especially as I now have 315 free subscribers and/or members and 299 people are frequent visitors to my website (may be some overlap).

Thanks if you are able to help. If not, no worries I'm going to keep going and review my situation in July 2027 (when my current Wix subscription runs out).
