Here is another Dementia Cafe Quiz, this time about royalty. It's quite broad ranging, so you could chunk it up a bit and have your members complete it over several sessions. As usual, it's just for fun. Give lots of clues and prompts to help members achieve and this will increase engagement and enjoyment.


You could begin by asking members ...


Who is a royalist?

Who is a republican?


What are the good things and bad things about our monarchy?

What system could replace it?

Has anyone met a member of the royal family or visited one of the royal palaces?





Round 1. How many of these idioms can you complete


Ask members to shout out the last words completing the idioms. We have found this works well in building confidence for the rest of the session.
