Ed Stewpot Stewart (23 April 1941 - 9 January 2016) was a UK disk jockey who hosted the 'Junior Choice' two hour programme on Saturday mornings from 1968 - 1980. Around 17 million people listened in to the song requests show, mostly but not exclusively children. The catchphrase for the show was "Elllo Darlin'".
This CST activities page provides a playlist of some of the best and most memorable songs from the show, which hopefully should be held in members' long term memories, especially as many of the songs obviously pre-dated the show..

I've arranged images of the songs single covers into groups of five, the idea being you can print them out for the tables, then ask members to discuss the songs and agree which are the best ones (maybe top 3) to play and sing along with. (Or every member could choose one, taking turns table by table to play them.)
