Welcome to my July 2026 CST Calendar of Events

Welcome to the July 2026 Calendar of Events from Simon’s CST Activities. This monthly guide has been created to help care providers, activity coordinators, families, and anyone supporting people living with dementia make the most of Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (CST) through topical, engaging, and meaningful activities.

Throughout the month you’ll find a carefully selected mix of awareness days, awareness weeks, awareness months, national celebrations, anniversaries, and other significant events that lend themselves to reminiscence, conversation, quizzes, music, discussion, creativity, and shared experiences.

To help you get the most from these occasions:

  • Simon’s CST Activities provides detailed CST activity pages and resource packs for many of the month-long themes, awareness weeks, and major events. www.simondementia.co.uk

  • CST Song of the Day offers daily music recommendations and shorter-form activity ideas linked to awareness days and celebrations throughout the month. www.cstsongoftheday.co.uk

  • New video-based activities are also added weekly (usually on a Sunday), giving groups and individuals even more ways to stimulate memories, encourage participation, and have fun together. www.youtube.com/@simondementia

All resources are completely free and open access. If you find them useful, please consider subscribing or following the channels so you receive notifications whenever new content is published.

If these resources help your sessions and you would like to support the ongoing costs of creating and hosting them, you can also show your appreciation by buying me a coffee.

Every contribution helps keep the project growing and freely available for everyone. www.buymeacoffee.com/simondementia

Thank you for your continued support, and I hope the July calendar inspires many enjoyable conversations, happy memories, and meaningful moments of cognitive stimulation.
