Our 'CST Friendship Group' this week has a theme of 'Friendship', as it is UN 'International Friendship Day' on 30th July.
INTRODUCTIONS
We asked members to come to the group with stories about their best friend or soul mate. How they met? How much of a part they play in their life? What they enjoy so much about their company? What they most admire about them? Some members brought a photograph to the group with them.

Next we completed these thirty 'Idioms About Friendship' together and discussed their meanings.

PRACTICAL ACTIVITIES
You could ask members to paint words they associate with friendship and make a collage.
Or you could make a circle of painted hands, to signify the friendship amongst the group.
Or each member could make their own 'Friendship Flower', which may be more appropriate if social distance is required.
Have a lovely day everyone!
