CST Song Of The Day

Here are this week's 'CST Songs Of The Day' offerings so far.

Take a look by visiting www.cstsongoftheday.co.uk

The website is free and open access; I set it up so as not to overfill this website 'Simon's CST Activities' with content.

You can free subscribe to have daily email notifications of new content.

The idea is that I make a daily song recommendation for enjoyment and cognitive stimulation linked to a calendar event.

This helps provide an endless supply of changing themes but also an important aspect of orientation.

Activity suggestions are provided alongside the song, which are aimed to be shorter-form and could be completed in 30 minutes to an hour.

Thus my new website www.cstsongoftheday.co.uk provides opportunities for cognitive stimulation activities over morning tea or afternoon coffee, or indeed at a single person's bedside.

Your comments and thoughts would be interesting to hear.

Is it worth my continuing with this?
