It's been a while since my friend and colleague Jay Coakley recommended some apps for CST practice. I thought we were probably due an update and I wanted to ask you to suggest those which you use most often, or with most success. You can use the comments sections below to make suggestions, or you can email me at simondementia@gmail.com

Here's a few recommendations from me ...

A 'Sound Bingo' type game, with letters to help you guess the word that the sound is portraying.

'Color Planet Oil Painting' is essentially an adult colouring book, but with some very lifelike and beautiful images. It's more of an individual play game.

'NYT Games (New York Times)' has a great daily spelling bee game. It is also the home of 'Wordle'. Great for group play.

'4 Pics 1 Word' is a great game for group play. Guess the one word which links the four pictures.

Another great group game 'Guess The Close Up!' is good fun for a filler activity.

Most of the relation and mindfulness apps are now subscription only, but this YouTube channel is free to subscribe and has dozens of really helpful and short guided sessions.

Another brilliant new resource for relaxation and sleep promotion is 'Classic FM Calm'. It's a new DAB+ channel that is available on the 'Global Player' app or via the 'Classic FM' website. It only plays beautiful relaxing music, with a few adverts thrown in. There are no news interruptions.

Over to you now ...

Please make your recommendations and we can build this into a great resource page.
